You'll own the complete student journey from discovery to acceptance. Your expertise shapes three critical deliverables: passion project development that demonstrates authentic leadership, strategic summer program positioning, and comprehensive admissions strategy including interview preparation and early decision optimization. You'll operate with structured autonomy following proven Success Plans while adapting to each student's unique narrative and goals.

What You'll Do

Design and execute personalized Success Plans for high-achieving students, ensuring completion of passion projects, summer positioning, and comprehensive admissions strategy.
